English Custard

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup cashew milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
-½ tsp. Swerve Powdered Sweetener
Topping
- ½ tsp. maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Whisk together 1 egg, 1/3 cup cashew milk, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, ½ tsp. cinnamon, and ½ tsp. Swerve Powdered Sweetener.
2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, and let rest for 2 minutes in the microwave.
3. Microwave for another 1 minute 30 seconds, and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
4. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
