English Custard

1 serving​



Ingredients

- 1 egg​

- 1/3 cup cashew milk​

- ½ tsp. vanilla extract​

- ½ tsp. cinnamon ​

-½ tsp. Swerve Powdered Sweetener​

Topping​

- ½ tsp. maple syrup​

- Dash of cinnamon

Instructions​

1. Whisk together 1 egg, 1/3 cup cashew milk, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, ½ tsp. cinnamon, and ½ tsp. Swerve Powdered Sweetener.​

2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, and let rest for 2 minutes in the microwave. ​

3. Microwave for another 1 minute 30 seconds, and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.​

4. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
