Many of you who chose to stumble upon our site and unlock the door into the wondrous world of Narnia may be pondering as to why we have chosen to name our company “Craving Narnia”. Well, to us here at this company, the answer is quite simple. After reading (and enjoying) the incredible fantasy novel series, The Chronicles of Narnia written by C. S. Lewis, a common theme that we viewed throughout them was that when individuals submit to greed and surrender to self indulgence, the outcome can be a downward spiral leading to devastating consequences, in terms of destroying relationships, harming others, and ultimately ending with no personal gain.

     Throughout every book in this incredible series, but most particularly The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, we have noticed this important warning and that the author is pleading with us to realize and see covetousness as a real danger in the world. With the many grave consequences that can come from acting out of greed such as wars, poverty, climate change and so many more devastating results, this message and warning is one that the world still needs today. As avid fans of this series, we decided to take matters into our own hands and make a way to highlight the corrupting influences of greed and the results of succumbing to envy and selfishness in a way to appeal to audiences of all ages. And what better way to do it than a website, instagram, and podcast? The mission of this website is to focus on educating fans about the influence and corruption of greed and how to be aware of the dichotomy that we all face in our decisions. Whether it be to do what is right and will benefit others or to act with selfish intentions spurred on by greed, we hope to help bring you to the understanding of just how important it is to resist the little greedy green-eyed monster that inhabits the darkest shadows of all our minds.
